User Agreement

You agree that…

1. No user shall participate in any activity which will interfere with the normal activities of any other user.
2. No activity relating to hacking shall be done to any system.
3. No user shall impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Bronzefactory.com employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
4. Uploading of any information which compromises the stability of the website, web servers, and web hosting company is strictly prohibited and will be handled by U.S. Federal Laws.

Privacy Policy

ASI Art & Antiques Corp. respects the privacy of our website visitors. This passage outlines the type of data that we collect and its purposes.

Business information and other data that we collect:

1. We collect business information such as name and address during registration for legal purposes. The registration data is also used as a means of efficiency for our clients when placing orders. Most of the data are pre-filled for them. All data is drawn from a corporate database. To ensure security, registration data besides email is not stored on your computer.

2. We implement the use of cookies and other client side technologies for login purposes only.

3. ASI Art's servers automatically record access information when you visit our website, view our products, including but not limited to, the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request.

Usage of data

1. The information that you provide will be used to display customized content.

2. We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve ASI Arts technologies and services.

3. Your information will not be sold to any third parties, but only in certain circumstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services.

Website Registration

To view our online inventory users will be required to register for the website. Registration information provided by the end –users must be accurate and follow the guidelines of Agreement 4 under User Agreement which states that “No user shall impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Bronzefactory.com employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.”  You must agree to this Terms of Use to have any further access within our website. Upon completion of your registration you will be redirected to a page in which you can log in. The items that are available for you to view are pre-determined by our system on the basis of whether you are an existing client or potential client.  Creation of multiple accounts (non-primary) is only allowed by phone request for established clients. Multiple accounts are commonly set up for other employees/clients of your establishment.

Deny of sign-up, suspensions or terminations of account

BronzeFactory.com reserves all right to deny sign-up, suspend or terminate your access to our website at anytime without notice to you.  Suspension or termination of accounts can occur for the following reasons: 1) suspicious activity, 2) violating the terms of use, 3) inactivity 4) or unauthorized multiple accounts. All subscribers are required to sign-in at least once every 1 year to keep your account in active status.

Bronzefactory.com is not responsible for any content established through third party links. No link(s) shall exist that participates in the diminishment of transfer bandwidth outside of Bronzefactory.com.

Purchasing Products

To purchase any items from Bronzefactory.com you must have a sales tax ID number and must be a registered organization in your respected state. Bronzefactory.com is not responsible for any errors found within the website which include, but not limited to, its online inventory such as item number, prices, sales tax, and shipping charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to contact the company to make sure all orders are processed accordingly to prevent any errors. Please be aware that additional shipping charges will apply if the item is to be shipped via common carrier (Freight); charges vary depending on the weight and volume of the item, and its final destination. This fee will only be applied under the authorized purchaser consent.

Clearance Items

All clearance items are subject to approval. Sale items are listed only on the advertisement (announcements) page shown after logon. Discounted prices are only applicable for the given month of the sale. Discounted pricing will be rejected if the order is not paid for by the last day of the given month; prices will then be reverted to it's original state.

Communication Services

Bronzefactory.com may offer its user features such as email forms, Live Help, e-newsletter, or anything else that we may find applicable to better service our customers. ASI Art's photo tagging service must not be used in a way that will limit the productivity of other users.
